Great laundromat! So clean, many machines available, & great service from Sandy, attendant!
I’ve only been here a couple of times and Rose has been here every time. This place is always clean and Rose is very friendly.

I come to the laundromat every Sunday morning. There is a employee by the name of Sandy. She is very pleasant, cheerful,helpful, very. Positive and always cleaning. I enjoy coming to do laundry because of the relaxing atmosphere.
This laundromat is the nicest most cleanliness I have ever been too. The employees here are so polite and helpful you can't get any better. They make sure the machines are clean wiped down and dryers are cleaned out. I recommend Hugh praise!
This is a very clean, beautiful, place to do laundry. I had positive interaction with the owner when I called asking a few questions including if they had a large capacity washing machine. They do and many in the Greece location that I went to. Staff was very upbeat- kind, friendly and informative. I am very glad that this is the place that I chose to go to and it was all 100% positive.

Just like the name of this business, you walk in and smell the freshness of the place and note the cleanliness of floors, tables and most of all the machines. The attendants are there to assist and I needed that assistance today as I had a lot of laundry to do and no idea which machine to pick for best economy and time. walked me thru the process even letting me know how many pods to use. I wish I had asked her name. She checked back with me to see how things were going. My time spent washing and drying 80 pounds of blankets, towels and clothes took an hour and a half. The place was busy but friendly. A young man saw I was leaving with two carts to haul to the car and opened the door for me! This is a great place to go when personal laundry machines just can't do the job! This was a great experience and I will be back!
I would travel to the west ridge rd location anytime, no matter how far. Love the service and how clean they keep it.
I had to take my king sized comforter to the laundromat to be washed. I went to the Greece location today & I'm so glad I did. The facility is very clean, the staff is super helpful & friendly. I can't say enough about Rose, she could tell I was a newbie to using a laundromat & was by my side helping me every step of the way. I'm so glad she was there or I would have gone home with a very damp comforter! I will be using this laundromat whenever I need one in the future. Thank you Rose!
First time customer. Very impressive. Everything shines and clean. Employer was polite, helpful and a great attitude. He explained all the machines. I have been using a laundry mat for 15 years. Also, I am saving money!!!

So Fresh N So Clean is ABSOLUTELY both! I went to the Henrietta location yesterday - Immaculate! All of the washers & dryers work & are extremely efficient! The attendants are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! The restroom is very clean and well supplied. The prices for both washing and drying are very reasonable. If I could rate this 10+ I would This is the very best laundromat Ever!!

I have not needed to go to the laundromat in over 20 years. The lady named Michelle was very helpful and very pleasant. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She made a stressful situation much better by going above and beyond.

Love love so happy Paul was there today tuesc10/09/21 he was kind helpful im disabled he had a sprained ankle but still helped me took my comforter to my car I will be back so clean fresh I felt safe
After reading reviews I decided to take the 20 minute drive and come check it out. I’m beyond impressed. Upon walking in the place is very clean and smells wonderful. I had about 5 comforters and 6 blankets to wash- I used the biggest washer (2 of them) and it was easy to use and washed in 30 minutes. My blankets came out almost dry ( not damp like other places) this is awesome because it means less dry time. Overall I rate this place a 5/5. Everyone is wearing masks and the facility is spacious enough we’re everyone is distant and kept to themselves. Bonus is the little buckets to use for your quarters- very convenient and much appreciated.
Had a enjoying experience for my first time doing laundry in this facility.The lady who was working there was pleasant respectful and helpful.She stayed on her job and the customers feel welcomed.Thanks allot..
I haven’t been in a laundromat for a long time. I needed to launder a queen size quilt. I stumbled upon this laundromat and found a “laundry angel” by the name of Patty. So helpful and sweet. The place is spotless. I’m ready for the dryer. Yay
